a bbc should be as wide as a holden i see the difference from the 5lt to chev in hq's all the time the bbc would be bout the same as a 5lt but a bit higher

Yeah the chev small block is narrower than the holden I had them sitting side by side in the shed once and it was pretty obvious the Holden was wider. The chev was longer tho. So I can't see the big block being any wider than the Holden just taller

pretty sure you wont fit it inbetween the strut towers

it isnt all that big sideways TBH, i am pretty sure it will fit between the towers, but god knows where your headers would run and you can forget about a bonnet and power steering. never gonna happen.

also changing spark plugs would be a right c..t
