Even hides the auto cooler well.

And as you can see, you get a lot of it as well if you make a mistake and comes with heaps of mesh hooks

Results

Trans Cooler + CAI wrap
Definately less heat soak. Far better running in hot conditions and under stress.

Very very happy with results.

Might be able to improve on the CAI a bit more, adding some ideas possibly later.

Mesh
Damn looks good IMHO
Glad i waiting it out and didnt choose some other smaller holed version. This is perfect.
Dont think there is another version out there that would suit it better...

Air flow perfect, looks decent and makes people focus on the mesh instead of awful AC Condensor.

Very happy with results.

Will let some daylight pictures speak for themselves.

Not fantastic pictures, but definately much better then prior ones i did.

Roof Racks
Picked up some Rola Roof Racks sport type for $89
Virtually new.
Happy on that as well, and photos taken whilst picking up racks.

The images in this post aren't showing up for me, and when I try to load the images themselves I get a message saying they cannot be displayed as they contain errors. Is it just me?

Mesh doesn't look bad at all, big improvement over nothing that's for sure, what's normally in the SS front down there?

Im sure they come with no mesh at all.
There is nothing to hold anything, brackets or anything that looks like it will hold anything.

Only things behind the bumper in the area is the condensor air con lines in which the auto cooler connected to via a bracket.
Maybe something comes off that bracket, but as far as im aware, there is nothing on the SS.

Get a few bugs, and few dings in condensor and looks tacky.

Yeh clips come with it.
At this stage, not looking to sell as still looking at different bumpers if i need to go down that avenue and needed the spare remaining.

In case you wish to purchase some

Car itself
Bought a power steering rack for $60 for a VX SS with 91k on the clock so virtually brand new.
No leaks, nothing. Perfect condition.

If you choose to remember, my rack (not my pecs) had a small leak and fixed it up with some stop leak and brake fluid trick
2 tablespoons brake fluid and leak stopped.

But still, always at back of mind to get a replacement for it so saw one go on ebay for $60, pick up local close to brother and so happy as Larry.

Also got the guy, whom agreed and i warned of, to remove the heaterbox for $100

Mine is broken by a past owner and sometimes the demister does not work. I have seen the break myself also and it is near the left drivers footwell area. Like its shattered and disintegrated.

Annual leave over October, plan is to remove it then.
OR
Remove it starting on a Thursday night, Friday, Sat and then Sunday to make sure its good to go.

So gonna change things like the heater core and maybe evaporator core whilst its out.
Save also for a new air conditioning pump and get that installed afterwards.

Having a flatmate review on Wed, so might be booting her out due to numerous other things like broken picture frames and not telling me etc.

Been working out alot and working on the tan.
