You will need the specific hubs to suit the VT rotors for the VP stub axles.

In your research, you didn't come across any mention of a VE spec upgrade? Much better. Sure it's dearer, but it not only performs better, it bolts straight on out of the box with no need to change master or booster.

VT Booster will need the pushrod pedal locating hole (which connects the pushrod to the brake pedal) welded up and redrilled to locate it properly.

What you need to do is this. See the picture below.

I. This hole needs to be welded up, a new hole 3/8 (9mm) wide needs to be drilled (see next step)
II. The new hole needs to be drilled 113mm from the base of the booster, which should be a tiny bit down from the previous hole.

No. The caliper will hit the rotor.

This is great info. Thanks HamaTime. Can I just clarify a few things here:question 1, Is the new hole CENTRED 113mm from the base of the booster? Q2, which surface do you mean by the BASE of the booster? It could be the broad base or do you mean the flange with the bolts through it? Q3: Do you need to modify the mounting bracket at all? and Q4 Do the brake lines (mine's a VP) bolt up to the VT MC ok or do they need some modification too?
It seems to me that doing the mods and installing the MC/booster from the VT might be something titezzzvr could do while he gets his hands on the other bits that he needs to do the update at the wheels.
Cheers everyone
