VP
Hi All,

I'm looking at some stage soon to upgrade from my VP to something slightly newer. I'm not talking brand new but possibly somewhere between $6000-8000. Can anyone give me suggestions as to what model(s) of commodore I should be looking at in this price range and anything I should be wary of or look out for in the particular model when having a test drive etc.

Cheers

you could probably pick up a vz berlina for about $8000 if your lucky.

It would probably be a pretty rough/high mileage VZ at that price.. maybe a VX? They seemed to iron out the VT's numerous design flaws by then and you get a slightly more powerful V6. There are heaps of low mileage VX's up on carsales for under 8K. Definitely a huge leap ahead from a VP.
