Upgrading to level 2 cluster in VP

went to upgrade my cluster today in VP vacationer and I had a VN lvl 2 cluster, after plugging it didn't work! Do I need a VP lvl 2 cluster?

Compare the four (?) connectors on the back and see if they correspond with each other

Yup 3 for non calais dash hence my ? next to the 4.

Hi mate a VN cluster won't work in a VP or vice versa lv1 or lv2 only VN to VN, VP to VP that's only for a straight swap I have heard with a little modifications it can be done but unsure how to do it
