Rollaboy, keep in mind that the 3.8 V6s are probably quite a bit over the 200kg mark once it has all the accessories attatched and full of fluids. Maybe nothing a set of stiff front springs and some high damping rates can't fix, but I dunno.

But stranger things have been done before, like toranas with 350s and centuras with 360s, but the engineering side of it is usually the killer.

Thanks for that Toa. If your measurements agree and you measured an Ecotech then that is good enough for me, thanks. Maximum measurements are what I need to work with. Do you think there would be much difference in measurements for the L67? I expect height would be the only difference? It is the L67 that I want to use in my conversion.

No worries Dunstan, I don't have an L67 out there but I don't think that there would be much difference in height.
