VB-VK Production Option Availability

Hey guys , just last week i bought my first commodore.. a VH ss group 3. I was told it was an ex NSW cop car as it has evidenc of 2 extra rario aerials and an incremanted speedo. does anyone know how many of these were issued to the police force in NSW?

got a code for the vinyl tops? and does anyone know were i can get the divider trim to put the vinyl over my roof? cheers. i got some but they're a little damaged an would like some in tip top cond. also the badges for the rear pillar? if there are any excellent ones out there

A VH SS should have an option code of XV2.

Thats what I thought.
Gee the guys done a good job of copying one though.
Luckily its in smick condition and only cost me $4000.
I'm still happy with it. No one else has to know

The 185 will point to what option pack it has (often the motor, gearbox & diff option combo) and the basic level. Like 1 = Exec 2 = Berlina & 3 = Calais. 185, 285, 385

so a 185 may well be the base VH model with the 253 auto combo.

And if it's a good replica and in top nic 4k is fair.:thumbsup:

Hi all Have just purchased a Vk Calais and cant seem to find out what engine an LN2 is I will post all the info off the plate see if someone can figure it out.
