When i spoke to VCM they said there wasnt a new unit being made there was just the fix

My bad. From what I'd read I thought they were making a fix for current units and also getting a redesigned unit made. I'll get back under my rock now........

Thats what i thought aswelluntill i called them, cause i asked them if there was a new one comming out, and the guy siad no they will all just come with the fix.

It hasn't been made yet. The prototype is just getting finished up ATM (this is what VCM posted up today).

im getting my catback first now so will be at least 2 weeks if not more by the time im ready again for one, so hopefully there all sorted and made by then

How loose is to loose?

mine is slightly loose!! so I may need to bring it back

Also whats the word on maintaining it?

Eg how often should the air filter be cleaned?

Well my one has a bit of movement (5-8mm) with the extra clip in the middle.I have had it for about 3 weeks and i used white rag around the back of the filter weekly and nothing is getting to the throttle body.

I also have the little clip in the middle

I may run past tomorrow, see if I can get a tune

I need to be able to beat a xr6t you see! I raced a ute yesterday, neck and neck to 120!!!
