VE Berlina slight clunk/jerk when accelerating after coasting?

I own a 2010 VE1 Berlina with the 3.0L V6 and the 6 speed auto transmission. I've noticed this issue for the past couple of months - the car will jerk a little when i try to accelerate after coasting - it doesn't happen all the time and it doesn't matter how gently I press the accelerator back in. I have a suspicion that my differential mounts may be a little loose as the jerking feels like its coming from the rear axle but my mate thinks it could a dodgy CV joint? Additionally it may be the transmission or the air flow sensor from the other research I've conducted.
