Ve calias with voice in locked on screen

Hi All
I had previously posted a thread regarding my ve calais with the screen locked on Voice in.
I have pulled the fuse on the radio and put back in and it works fine but when I crank the motor it's locked onto voice in and none of the radio buttons work.
Is there a way the Voice in can be decomisioned??
This is driving me insane and no one sems to know why.
I have replaced the black Bluetooth module at the rear of the glove box but no difference.
My phone Bluetooth was turned of and not in range but still comes up with Voice in.
Any advice would be Much appreciated.

and Is there any other fault happening with the radio ?,
Have you installed a phone holder close or near the radio ?
Where do you position your phone

It's a 2007 mod.
If I pull fuse and put back in radio works fine with all functions Inc rear ceiling dvd.
But as soon as engine is cranked over its locked in voice in even when the door is closed it stays on screen and won't turn off.
Phone had been pared to bluetooth and works fine and I have switched bluetooth off on phone which doesn't help.
And finally there is no after market phone holder that I can find give rear of glove box and side panels of console had been removed to inspect.
Any ideas ??
Even if the voice in can be disconnected I would be just happy with that.

I will play around with it a bit and see how I go.
Car not registered at moment so a little different to move it around unless I get a permit.

So it's been a while and I have been working through other faults on my calais which are now all sorted apart from this dam Voice in problem.
I'm now thinking issues may relate to software update? Or issues with the head unit.
When I pull the radio fuse and refit it comes up with the Security Active Lockout but turn on IGN key and it all seems to work OK until you crank over the motor then it stays locked into Voice in and cannot be turned off.
I have disconnected the Bluetooth module and nothing still stays locked on to voice in on screen that's why I'm thinking issues might relate back to Software or head unit.
Can the audio been scanned for faults and is there companies out there or would this be something Holden could only resolve.
Again any advice would be much appreciated.

the Audio unit can be scanned,
As its a separate menu, and can produce DTC also.

So what do you think should i get it scanned and who can carry these works out as im tipping normal OBD Scanner wouldn't work on the Audio.

No mate.
Still got the issue and no one has been able to provide any solutions.
I'm off to ASL Automedia next week so they should be able to confirm what's going .
