Ve gts suspension with mrc.can they be lowered.....????

Hey guys. Got an 07 VE GTS with MRC shocks and suspension setup.
Does anyone know if they can be lowered and by how much to keep the MRC.
Have been told that it's possible to lower bout 25mm and keep MRC but was looking at dumping it a bit lower than that.
Also have been told that you can remove the fuse and install different shocks and springs
Was thinking I might go for a coilover setup with super low springs if that's the case.
Ideas anyone??

i just bought a MRC setup for my VE SSV for $400 on e-bay...complete minus wiring and $85 switch for dash..Was told by the guy i bought it from that he sold it because it could not be lowered and he was into circuit racing.....so he pulled it and replaced it with a set of TEIN springs which are completely adjustable

yeh your correct 20-25mm , personally i wouldnt go much lower if you dont want to rip the front bar off and scrap the underside.
My understanding is the original springs are supplied by ebach so there not crap , i would at least go for the same or H&R springs
