Hi guys as the title of the thread suggests did a comp test on my L98 and came up with the following, any opinions on these figures good or bad?
1 - 163 psi 2 - 186 psi
3 - 176 psi 4 - 186 psi
5 - 189 psi 6 - 180 psi
7 - 180 psi 8 - 173 psi

Last comp test I did on mine was IIRC between 190 and 195 dry on all cyls except one which had no compression.

So an update on this I now realise I did it wrong the 1st time, I only had removed the spark plug on cylinder 1 when I did that cylinder I tried it again today with all the plugs out and on number one with 7-8 cranks it jumped up to 180psi with 6 cranks 175 and number 3 with 6 cranks went to 175 number 5 went to 185
didnt bother carrying on after that as I’m satisfied my engine is in fact healthier than I originally thought from the 1st lot of compression tests
