Looks like a Manta system, not saying that it is. Definitely not an Xforce.

Kinda sounds like part of the heat shield is rattling and not the exhaust?

In front of the hot dogs is a plate that crosses the pipes from on side of the trans tunnel to the other.

It has nothing to do with the exhaust system but sits extremely close. Make sure the washer for the bolt sits between the floor pan and plate to give your exhaust some space.

After my gearbox was replaced the mechanic put the washer under the bolt and not as a spacer. Each time the engine torqued the exhaust would tap on this bracket.

Not saying its the issue but can't hurt to look.

razzza & slick6, thanks for your input, ive checked everything that could possibly rattle or be touching the exhaust and couldnt find anything. the noise definitely sounds internal. has anyone else ever had a problem with the inners of a hotdog being loose?

I am no expert but what if you got rid of the hotdogs or disconnected them and see whether the noise is still there?

judjing from your video I would def say its inside the hotdogs
