Seems to be a problem with the VE, I recommend to wait till they iron out the issues when they bring out a new model, wait to the 2nd serries comes out, don't know why but seems every first new model has gremlins, with all the millions they put into making a car prototype you would think they get it right, lucky they not working for NASA.

The key is getting hard to turn in the barrel and requires some jiggling.

change the ignition before it holds you up the problem will most likely go away ?

Just fitted a new genuine barrel and had 2 new keys programmed.. Zero change

Probably above the tank on the chassis just to piss off the backyard mechanic.
