VE SS Ute clutch

G'day. Bought the manual ute brand new October 2008. Within 6 months the clutch was slipping. Holden replaced the whole clutch assembly from pedal to flywheel including cylinders lines and thrust bearing flywheel pressure and clutch plates. Just now pulled the motor out to "freshen It up" and discovered they replaced the dual mass flywheel with single mass flywheel!!
Has anyone else had this happen?

yeh i had similar warranty work on my 08 ss ute holden put a ls7 clutch in. I put a NPC copper mix in mine and handles the 360rwkws nicely
