Ve sv6 knocking under load

Hey guys, just coming down the freeway and my car just threw a code and started rattling/shaking when putting some foot into the pedal. On about 6th under 1800rpm she's sweet but when it tries harder she starts shaking again.
Unsure of what the problem is, going to a mechanic to get a look at but anyone got any ideas?
Car has 130000km's on the clock and is ve sv6 SIDI 2009 auto. only mod is the 2.25" exhaust.

One of the coils has died most likely. Easy to change on SIDI Engine

Could be a slightly cracked spark plug. Change them all if they haven't been changed recently.
