Have a 2010 ve sv6. Have a constant esp (stability control fault) but no engine lights and throwing codes for stereo and c0710 which is steering position sensor or something like that. Stability control button isn't working since the problem started. Have replaced battery.
Any ideas where to start would be greatly appreciated

Interesting. Couldn't find DTC C0710 in the Holden VE workshop manual, but found it in the VF manual (attached). There are also a number of videos on C0710 on YouTube for your viewing pleasure.

You answered your own question.
Wheel speed sensors on my VE was the problem. As it needs to know the wheel speed to know which wheel is sliding or locked. You need to use a an OBDii scanner to get the correct wheel sensor.

Forgot to mention my was rear wheel, have to take tire off, and looking from the front to the back you will see sensor (6 or 7mm bolt its tiny) follow wire harness to sensor along wishbone.
