Hi Guys,

Just got a set of 19" HSVi Supersports off a VE, Got the curbing fixed and a respray done. Just after exact details on what is needed to be done to securely fit on a vz as all i can find is "i thinks" or "something like"
If anybody knows the details listed below, feel free to comment all input is appreciated:D
1) How far i have to bore them
2) What kind of nuts do i need as a second option to vz wheel nuts.
3) are sleeves necessary to covert the 14mm thread to 12mm (what sleeves)

Thanks for any info

Any wheel repair place can bore them out. 69.5mm i think it is. You just have to get rid of the lip. You can feel it with your finger.
You can use your current factory wheel nuts that suit alloy wheels.
No sleeves required.

1. You need to have the VE rims bored out from 66.9mm to 69.5mm so they will fit the VZ hub.
2. I would be using these wheel nuts in the link below....A few forum members are using them and rate them highly.

3. Sleeves aren't necessary if you use the wheel nuts in the above link

Can vouch for those wheel nuts. The thread extends down the stud a bit further for extra purchase. Use them on my VE 19"'s on my VZ.

One of my local engineering/machine shops charges $50 per rim, but I've heard of prices ranging from $20 per rim to $150 for a set of 4
It's one of those questions where you'll probably get 10 different answers from 10 different people
Just ring a local engineering/machine shop and ask them for a price to do the job

vz has 12.5mm studs the ve/vf has 15 so you need sleeved nuts. just done my vz with ve ss 18x8 mags...best of luck

Those sizes you mentioned for the wheel studs is incorrect
VZ have 12 x 1.5mm wheel studs
VE-VF have 14 x 1.5mm wheel studs
