I'm going to presume your media player for the aux in is an android device? It's an inherent problem with them as they do not have line output on them... only headphone socket.

Not sure if the VE has the ability to increase sensitivity on its aux or not. If it doesn't, you can look at using small pre amps.

Na i am using an apple ipod but the audio guy tried with his phone and it was the same so basically you can max the volume and its still not too loud

Same thing with the headphone output of an iPhone.
