Thanks for that. All done. That is a lot of work for a thermostat housing. I Now have the "stability control off " showing up on the startup screen. Everything seems to be plugged in. I did a bit of searching which suggested the battery may be on its way out. I have started it up at least 5 times this morning with no dramas. The only different thing I remember doing is leaving the ute unlocked and the bonnet open for the past 2 days/nights as I have working on this job in between other things.


EDIT: Removed the negative battery terminal and put it back on after 5 minutes. No problems after this.

markovr ; The colour of the old o ring on the lower inlet housing tube threw me off. It looks black from a distance but up close it is a dark orange to brown colour.
