Ve warning lights come on and then loses power

My 2006 ve has been running a bit rough for awhile but its started to flash warning lights when driving and losing power, once I pull over and restart car it drives fine again.

get a scan done. Depending on urgency get a Bluetooth one off internet for a basic scan, I think supercheap or others will do one or get a price off your mechanic for one. Just ask for fault check only then come back here with the codes.
Edit: cheap internet ones (I have one, great for me) depending on what you get, give basic data, if you get check engine light etc, mechanics should have better ones that give lots more info)
