Hi I'm having a issue with my 2006 ve ss this isdue comes and goes.

Sometimes while driving the service brake warning light comes on followed bye contact dealer.
When this happens my speedo just drops to 0 and won't move the car still drives fine tho bur when I stop at a red light after this happens my revs play up aswell they sit at around 1500rpm for 20 or so seconds then drop back to 1000rpm.

The only way to fix this issue is to pull over turn the car off hold the trip button while turning the car on this brings up a service reset then I hold the scroll button down thes clears it and gets rid of the brake warning service light after I do this the speedo and revs are fine again with no issues.

After I do this sometimes it won't come back up for days then randomly comes up again brake warning service contact dealer and same issues speedo drops out to 0kmh no matter how slow or fast I'm going

have the abs scanned and fix what is broken
most likely harness to rear sensor
but you need to know before wasting hundreds on un-necessary parts

Ok no worries oh yeah I forgot to mention it throws up a abs warming light sometime yeah I herd the two rear brake sensors at the rear wheels are a common fault in them

Both sensors and harness were dodgy on early VE's.

Yeah I'll replace the 2x rear abs sensors first see if that fixes the problem.
then if not I'll change the entire wiring harness that connects them
If it still throws up the abs fault
It may also possibly be the two front wheel bearing hubs with the abs connectors? That would be worst case as they are more expensive?
