the difference between 40 and 45 is 23.6mm?? is that radius or diameter

I put 18 245/45 on my vy wagon.The Potenzas just fitted by a mm but the other brand didnt

On mine there's 235/45/17s (97v- from memory, not sure how that compares

These are VE SS Thunder 19’s fitted to my VZ which has VY struts.

245/35/R19 fitted

Equivalent in 18’s is 245/40/R18

I had no noticeable difference in the speedo from the 16's it had previous.
