VF SSV Commodore LS3 Left Side Rocker Cover Question

I discovered a vacuum hose or capp missing from the passenger side rocker cover while changing rocker cover gasket. Just need to know if it's a cap or hose on it? If it's a vacuum hose for ventilation where does it run too? I know the one at the front on drivers side rocker cover is for PCV system .

It should be capped off if LS3 you will have the dirty hose PCV from the valley plate.
