Yeh valid points...... I'm definitely set on the blacked out chrome around the front. I would be interested to see how you car looks from the side and rear.... That will definitely help me make my decision.

How long have you been waiting? Did you go the redline?

yeah i ordered a redline. i ordered mine on the 16th November.

Just looked at it on the holden website. With all the black it looks to plain. And you still get the chrome lion. That's the first thing I ditched and then all exterior badging. Don't need to advertise I have a V8 and which model it is

No need to advertise it has bonnet intakes....fairly obvious. I've gone black surrounds and black side vents but left the grill chrome. Also gone armour and a black bonnet protection on Slipstream. So tried to mix it up a bit.

I went with black side vents but kept the chrome on the front. Now that it's thicker on the VFII I think that the chrome looks pretty good

Yeh I put the black side vents on. I like the front chrome just not the lion. Looks cheap , so it had to go

Armour works well. I had it on my VE as well

Hey ... a big thing I notice here is that the rather chintzy door-handle chrome trim has gone!
Is this a standard VF2 thing for keyless-access cars, or is it certain colours (like the fugly chromed 19's on certain VF1 colours of car?).
