The main reason you would buy the calais, would be for the ls3 v8.
The oem stereo in the vf is the best holden has put in a commodore, IMO.
Rear headrests were cost cuting (I think), my lx8 adventra had 3 rear seat adjustable headrests.
Road noise is louder in the wagon than the sedan, the oem tyres, aren't a quite tyre.

I'm looking in getting an SSVR sportswagon to be my daily driver while assigning my V8 Calais-V sedan as a weekend driver.


Would you know if the bimodal exhaust is more louder on the wagon then sedan?

I've only test drove a sedan with the bimodal, I think the wagon makes it sound a little louder with bimodal open,
but not once cruising. I run with the bimodal open permanently, and find tyre noise louder than the exhaust, when cruising.
