vh with 383 chev and t400

My vh commodore with 383 chev and t400 trans.

Some have put up there noses because its a chev,But they forget chevs were factory fitted in the 70s.

have to admit I'm not a real fan of Chev's in Commodores.
But credit where it's due - one of the tidiest conversions I've seen.

Its not a hard conversion.
Cost depends on engine decision.
I built that engine up from nothing with all new parts.
Edelbrock vic jnr alloy heads,Solid cam H beam rods etc.
Cost $10,000 for engine build.
Plus trans,and everything else autometer cluster i built.
Total cost to date inc carprice is about $30.000
Everything is brand new.sus,brakes,everything.
Things i cant buy i make.
