VK Berlina Wagon questions

Hey guys

I have a VK Berlina Wagon in mint condition with Bathurst Globes fitted.. I havent found anything to say that globes where fitted standard and was wondering if they in fact were
Also we thought their was aircon originally as it had the vents and was a Berlina but now taking a look in the engine bay we are unsure if it does

Globes are 5 spoke and have the outer edges (~5mm) of the spoke in a machined finish, yes? Not factory but they are period correct.

i could be wrong but i think there are more than a few types too.

the "bathurst globes" which were on fords are genuine

the chevoits are copies:

dunno if holdens ever had them factory, maybe, maybe not. annnnyway i think the difference is in the little threads that the center cap screws to. genuine has theads, copies dont.

now we wait till someone corrects all my BS.

They are like an enamel/powder coated white in between the spokes

Back in the day there were a lot of dealer fitted extras, I had a look at a VC SL/E wagon one of 2 built in the specification it sat in with wire spoked wheels dealer fitted. So unless you have the original purchase receipt there is no way of telling if they came on the car new.
