VN 3.8l V6 commodore won't start after oil change.

vn 3.8L v6 executive
i used 20w/50 was the one recommended for v6 engines
5w/30 way too thin for v6 engine
usually is used for people who drive in cold conditions 2 stroke lawn mowers and outboard motors

Try and find the air leak if it's visible like a hose. If it's a loose gasket spraying WD40 on the visible edges of the gasket faces will temporally seal them and the problem will stop.
On other cars I use a vacuum gauge to detect leaks - I have an old Triumph TR6 that won't idle unless it's inlet manifold can get down to 10 inches of mercury on a gauge measuring inlet vacuum on the brake booster cylinder connection.

If you replace the plugs I've found NGK are by far the best.
yeah alright will have a look where abouts is the gasket located that might be loose
