It’s going to be hard to find.
This is an example of where 3D printing would be great.
I’m f you get really stuck, take the harness to a 3D printing place. They can scan the globe plugs, print new ones.
Then you’d need to remake the wiring though and that wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea.
Once one was done, more can be made and some could stand to make some coin.
