Vp Thermo Fan Not Working

i have a 92 vp calais. and my thermo fan isnt coming on. ive swapped the relay with then horn relay which are both the same and horn still works but thermo fan doesnt. ive tried having the a/c on and it still doesnt work. but ive tested it on the battery and it works fine.
help?

have you checked the fuses aswell as the relay? if they are all good you'll have to check the wiring for continuity, if thats all good its probably your computer. go grab a new one from the wreckers if thats the case or run a wire, via a switch which you can place in the cab somewhere, with one side connected to ground and the other side spliced into the wire between the relay and the computer and you should be able to switch the fan on manually with the switch whenever your in traffic or stationary to stop it overheating.
