Are you implying that we will meet up at the track fun day coming up very soon? :poke:
hahaha, yep... thats pretty much what i was thinking.
are you bringing the car out to that?
if i can fit them in (which might be a struggle) i'll try bringing my old 18" MT's if you want to try. theres not much life left in them.

Fuel pump is in and the car starts. So looks like i'll be there.
Yes thank you; it would be great to give them a try (if you can fit them in) what size are they? Both my sets of rims have tyres 25.7" tall on them

excellent! It sounds like you can take passengers too. not ideal for ET or PB's but might be a bit of fun all the same!
tyres are. MT ET street 2's
245/40 R18 on a 18x8" VX era rim, should fit.

Sweet as, those are exactly the same rolling diameter as my current 245/45-17's. Pretty sure gen2 and gen3 commodores all take the same offset (changed for VE+ though)

VT onwards I'm told are a 48p offset standard which I'm fairly sure my VX R8 18x8 wheels are..... however just to throw a spanner in the works my 17x7 factory Holden rims on the missus VX are a 43p offset. Either way, they will fit as I'm running the 18" rims on superlows on the Senator without major issue.
