I honestly didnt think they had one, and was just cut little by little to suit.

Interested in this

Yes there was a friend of mine told me as he worked at Holden Dealership in parts. He said you could buy the bar with the bezel already in or the bezel by them selfs. And when you brought them together they came with the cut diagram.

On the inside of bumper you might have an outline of the bezel cut, believe some did not all.

I did a set a while back, found the easiest way is to have something like a dremel drill or such....
Cut a small hole and work your way out, try to sit in place, cut a bit more....

Templates are very hard to replicate, i made one but noticed if you move it a bit it was wrong.

My next job as well, looking at the bezel you don't have to be too accurate as it covers a fair chunk of the front bar (famous last words)!

What a mission!
From the inside looks like a pigs ear!
NOTE: retaining clips can only used once, they need to be cut in half or you will tear off the lugs from the surround!
Also does anyone have a picture of the actual fog lamps in place (fixed to the vehicle)?

Those alligator clips are just awful POS.

If you've got all day you can carefully work them backwards, but yes breaking them is the quickest option.

I have re-drilled a bumper Reo bar for spotlights once before (replacing Reo on SS) but cannot remember if I documented it in my build thread sorry.

Maybe measure back from the centre mounting screws in bumper/Reo to work it out.
Measure 5 times drill once.
The fog lights have quite a bit of wiggle room on the mounts.

I don’t think the ones I have are VR/VS ones as they don't appear to fit anywhere close????
