VS commodore wiring

Does anybody know if the 98 VS Commodore series II came out with all the wiring to install for example speed alert in a vehicle which currently doesn't have if fitted, all it has is what appears to be a coin holder.

I don't have a speed alert this is an entry level 98 commodore ute where the speed alert usually sits I have what appears to be a coin holder as stated b4. My owners manual states speed alert(if fitted) I dont have one but would like to fit one if the wiring for it is behind the dash as I'm not sure how it connects up.

i think you have level 1 dash have you got a tacho in your cluster only way to see pull the facia off see if has a plug for the speed alert

you need a wiring loom from a spac has the level 2 cluster but lot go for the level 3 from a calais statesmen lot of info on here and online
