hey guys i think my vs has a similar problem.

whenever i make a turn medium to fast paced, i try to accelerate out of the corner and it misses and coughs and splutters and "loosers" power.

i put 2nd hand coils in it few years ago and also changed the fuel pump with a cheapy. i don't think i did the install correctly as i dont remember disconnecting or connecting the return line to the swirl pot, from memory i think i just yanked it out lol.

its been fine for a few years until recently. also i filled it up with fuel and it still does it. its getting worse and worse, nearly every turn now!

what could it be? vs, v6, manual, 315k on the clock

If you think it is the fuel pump then I would remove fuel pump and check the return line...

With it being full maybe check the fuel pressure regulator at the end of the fuel line. I think there is a vacuum line on it, remove it and check if fuel comes out... if fuel comes out then it needs a new one

I wouldn't think so that's why I say about the Fuel Pressure Regulator btw I meant at the end of the Fuel Rail and not Fuel line lol

Also wouldn't hurt if you replace the Fuel Filter if it hasn't been replaced recently
