VS Lvl 2 to Lvl 3 Swap

I’ve got a 96 VS factory manual ute with a level 2 cluster and was wondering if it’s just a drop and swap with the level 3, which i pulled from a series 3 ute, thanks in advance

will need the extra wiring for the Lvl 3 dash, was someone doing patch leads years ago, but I don't know if they are still being made by anyone. If you still have access to the donor, you could source the wiring for it?
