Probably just needs the hub rings.

These are the ones i used on mine they are a tight fit to hub and rotor. But if you clean the surface rust up on both parts they fit fairly easily.

Brackets will determine the kit and the size of the rotors. But it seems to me that all you really need is a set if hub spacer rings to take up the gap between the hub and the rotor. The float on the wheel studs is negligible. Once wheel is bolted on, they won't move.

the spacers are going in today and a set of longer braided front hoses. ill let you know what difference it all makes.
