Yeah its definately vetting full throttle that was one thinf we checked for

Heres a pic of the manifold set up, ill get a spacer for it does it have to be a spacer with one big hole or a hole with two slots like the manifold has?

Just go an open spacer I believe.

Yep, open spacer. And yes, the MAP sensor should be connected to one of the ports on the bottom of the TB.

Try a carby. If power is down on the carb then it's your heads. I'm skeptical about the heads tbh.

blocked cats/mufflers maybe?? 4500rpm seems way wrong(to low), and the flat spot you refer to sounds like a restriction and its not on the intake side

How much lifter preload did you give it?
