VATS disables injector pulse. If you can get it to start on "Start u bastard" then stalls that means you have spark and air. just no fuel, if you short the pump relay and you can here it prime on ignition and still wont start, Id 99% say your VATS is not disengaging if you have played around with the bcm and ecu lately. if the red led doesnt turn off while cranking then its 100% vats not disengaging
