Standard engine mounts are hydraulic. If they leak, they are cactus & need replacing.

They don't normally, as they shouldn't go into the Crank Case/Oil Jacket,
When a bolt goes into the water jacket, stud sealant MUST be used.
Or
Gasket Cement can be used on water jacket bolts.

But If you say its leaking from the bolt,
Possibly the wrong (long) bolt may of been installed at some time,

If that's the case, jack the engine up and support it,
Remove the engine mount, clean the effected area,
Refit the Engine mount,
and use a stud sealant on the bolt in question.

Fairly sure the engine mounting bolt holes are blind holes. I've changed a few engine mounts and never had them leak oil or coolant. What is fairly common is for that whole area to have a coating of oil which I clean off as that is where the main earth bolts to the block so you want a good clean surface for a good electrical connection.

With it been a VT we are talking about engines that are circa 25 years old and they leak a bit of oil or possibly trans fluid from the steering pumps which tend to leak from the rear seals with age.

Umm,
Not sure this is related to an engine mount issue,

Best to create your own thread on your subject.

Thanks everyone, just a bit of info about it. The engine was replaced 12 months ago it’s a GEM engine fitted by a local shop and this particular leak didn’t show itself until about 6 weeks after installation, it was initially a constant small amount over night the shop checked it out twice and did get it to slow to maybe a drip or two over night. Im taking it back Friday week to have the oil changed and they did say that they have not had this trouble before sealing eng mount bolts?

I would love for it to be a steering fluid issue however pump / reservoir and hoses replaced.

cheers all and have a good weekend
