VU Commodore ute
Driving my com vu ute when suddenly the engine just stopped. Battery light came on. Turned the ignition key and it started up just fine. Suspect the fault might be the key fob or in the ignition barrel. Has anyone else had this happen? Any suggestions or remedies gratefully received thanks.

Not likely. Once the engine is running I don't think the vehicle anti-theft system can shut down the engine, it only stops the engine from starting if the correct key fob isn't been used.

This is a V6 model?

Look at your dfi & or dfi plug & wiring.
