I think I'd have a heart attack watching how they bend it

I think with the intake pipe, I like the bling of it and also the custom look of it...raw welds etc. Its a bit of a standout piece as simple as it is.

I'd be inclined to run a polisher over it to see my reflection... bling, bling

I re-straightened mine by hand

It did feel sketchy but it is pretty easy to straighten

I was pissed at the damage that the OTR did to the condenser though, I'm sure, if left, it would have worn thru the alloy condenser over time

The VCM OTR was really a poor design for a VX with aircon

WTF

I've got a little cam, HTV2300 and a stalled auto

Drove to Braidwood the other day, averaged about 9.5l/100km with cruise locked at 100 and 110, I think the dash gauge had 650km remaining after refueling when I got back home, so my calcs are pretty close

Sedate daily driving is less fuel friendly at about 16l/100km

Calcs are based of fuel used for km driven

Driving hard is hard to determine, I guestimate it just uses it all quickly

WTF I don't get anywhere near that and it's manual / cruise 110
Guessing Cam and gearing will make a world of difference.

Spoke to the mechanic about this today...I had the fuel system uprated to something can can cope with 7-800hp. It seems that maybe the system is not reading the the pump correctly. Its not just a pump but a whole system that is dropped into the tank thats maybe not sending the correct readout. It was suggested that the first half of the tank could be reading 100km while the second half could read 400km or vica verca.
Next fuel fillup....likely tomorrow lol, I'll fill up do 100km and then go and fillup again...see what goes in, in terms of liters.
Everyone is on the same page that 2km per liter is not right.

My old Mack R 6x6 dump truck used 2 ltrs per km, loaded

If your taking a reading from a gauge on your dash I would say that there is something off

If your fuel pump is like mine, needing to drop the tank to get to, I feel for you

I actually got a shop to install my fuel pump when I upgraded it because it is a pain it the arse to do on jack stands
