Just want peoples opinions on the VX SS.

I am looking at one at the moment but want peoples honest opinions......

It is a 2002 VX SS II..... 52,000km....... 6 speed manual..... Koni suspension and a couple of other little mods.............

What is an average price for a VX SS at the moment.......

Did the VX have alot of problems with Piston Slap or was it mainly the VT's.

A friend of mine has one, goes really well.

go for it,i have a series 1 49000 klms ,standrad except for 2.5 duel cat back system,goes really well.very economicle on a steady drive but can go through fuel when pushed or around town driveing ,i love it ,would get rid of it.enjoy

Mate all models of LS1's have had problems with Piston Slap, But its just one of those things you have to Risk, some Make noise and Dont use Oil and Make Good power , some Burn oil and Dont make noise.

Hey Ludacris - TAKE IT!!!! that's a steal and I'm jealous LOL - we waited months for a manual VX SS and had to settle for an auto - you will love it! they are an awesome car to drive. Private sale or car yard ???

Its a private sale... Probably gone now though as I have left it a couple of days..................

I have just been offered another from a car yard but it is auto......... (which to be honest I think I would get sick of a manual)....... Trouble is it is stock standard.......... but $2,000 cheaper........... This one has one owner full service history with only 50k on the clock..........

mmmmmmmm, I hate decissions
