VY Berlina dash cluster swap ?

hi everyone , I have just replaced the dash cluster in my series2 berlina after the lcd display failed .
Now the fuel gauge is reading backwards and after reading a few threads on the forum I believe I now have a series 1 cluster in my series 2 berlina !
After doing a lot of reading I have a few options o fix this
Find someone with a tech 2 that is local to me that can reprogram it

Swap my cluster with somebody that has the same issue but in reverse, s2 clusters in there s1 ( my cluster has 137000km showing)

Thanks for that , i see that Tassl is in WA and he dose know his stuff .
I really dont want to take a drive from western sydney to WA with a dodgy fuel gauge .......
Maybe if nobody local can help i will consider it as a last resort

You could just purchase the cable and lease the software and sort it yourself but software conversion from series 1 -> 2 can kill the cluster.

I just bought the correct cluster for my car , way too much misinformation about tech 2 reprogramming and other ways of changing clusters from s1 to s2 .

Sorry caaf the misinformation remark was not directed at you specifically , just in general really
