Yeh - but the devil is in the heater box - the hardest piece to swap. Getting at it is the difficulty, but the two sided heater box is the magic of the dual zone.

Yes, and a dual zone control panel/screen.

I was under the assumption they use the same screens for single and dual?

Similar, but not quite. There is provisions for it, but the electronics of the controls wouldn't allow it as is. Look at the single zone, and the passenger side temperature buttons are for 'Min' and 'Max'. Dual zone doesn't have this.

And ParkwayDrv, I believe it may have been S2 SS Wagons that had dual zone, my mate recently sold his S1 and I'm fairly sure that was single zone.

dual zone has seperate temperature controls for both zones - and display shows two temp readings - see picture at top of this thread.

The actual display not lit up though, looks exactly the same anyway, thats why i was assuming it was a simple swap of the heater box and away i am.
