My VY was hard to start after just 24hrs of not driving and have done some basic checks.
My car is a manual and no "code" are showing on dash.
Battery at rest is 12.6V and charging, under load 14V.
Current draw test after 30 minutes, 500mA draw till I pulled the ENG CONT/BCM fuse out and got a 10mA reading.

What is my problem and the best way to fix.

Thankyou

Here's a guess but is your drivers electrical seat control switch resting in the off position or stuck up,down, etc.

Thankyou for your help guys.
I have taken interior light fuse out and will do some more research today.
Battery is less than 12 months old.

Just learn how to, and did a load test and battery is fine.
Used some contact spray on electric seat controls and gave them a wiggle. Is it just me or do you guys think that with ignition off the electric seats should not work?

Cheers

The seats will work with the ignition off when you did the current draw test was the amps going up and down or a solid 500Ma?. How are your terminals on the battery it's self the stock ones a crap.

If you pull the BCM fuse and it drops it could be your BCM is not shuting down and staying on. You can do a BCM reset

Get engine to running temp
Turn ignition on
Remove ENG/BCM fuse under bonnet
Wait 20+ secs for dash to beep
Turn ignition off
Place fuse back in the correct location
Then it will take a little while for it to learn to idle correct aswell

Let us know how that goes yeah i know it can bit frustrating sometimes even with a car with not hi kms. I had very similar issues that drove me mad at the time but problem solving sorted that. Best of luck

500mA is not a big load. How many amp hours is the battery, you can qork out from this how long it should take to go flat witha 500mA (half an amp) load. It should take a long long time to go flat.
When you say it is hard to start is it cranking slow? If not I would think it's another problem than the resting battery load.
