That’s what I didn’t want to do because it’s HBD has a factory sunroof. It’s a repairable write off. I just want a good job and done properly

That isn't repairable because the car is worth less than the repair.

Why is the car worth repairing?
Just because it has a factory sunroof?

Anything else? Make a list of the bits worth keeping.

Can't help with you with the pillar or cost but if the pillar is damaged, the chances are the sill and roof structure will have also been distorted as well, even though it might not be obvious at first glance. Your rear suspension obviously copped a hell of a whack too.

I suspect even a later model Calais would be a write off with that damage.

You will struggle to get a price on here as it needs to be assessed. But if the car had no dents or damage a full respray alone will set you back $3.5-$4k. Using a guessometer, going by repairs I have had done in the past, you have another $3.5-$4k in labour to repair the damage, plus parts. I'd say not much change if any out of $10k.
To put it in perspective. I was quoted $450- $550 to rub down and respray a bonnet.
