I have recently bought a VZ SS Thunder L76, 6L, along with the modifications i have lined up for this baby, I have decided I want to try some self tunning with the PCM ECU ECM or whatever it is called nowadays. My simple question for anyone out there is how hard is this and can it be done with just my laptop plugged into the Module mounted on the passenger side floor? I have all the software needed and basic knowledge of how to do what i want, I just havent performed these operations on a car of this sort before. I have EFI Live on my laptop with apparently will support the Thunders ECU versions...i just would love to know if anyone has done it and will i need anything else?
