hello this is my first ever post :) so im sorry if its in the wrong place.
i just got my first holden :D but coming from a JDM backround im not to sure on what performance parts are around.

i have a 2005 VZ S crewman if that makes any difference?

SO, the LY7 is the 175kw version of the alloytec, which basically means the intake manifold doesn't flow as well. Plus differences with the VVT.

Simple mods are the same as any vechile. Intake, exhaust and tune to start. Then deeper with cams, gearing, etc
