A mate will be getting his W 375KW done some time soon, he does not drive it much, but has the first dyno graph.

Numbers vary by dyno/tuner. But if you are looking for the difference, the Holden stock LS3 has 304 fwkw. For rwkw subtract about 20% for a manual and maybe 23% for an auto. Naturally, the W375 has 375fwkw in theory. Just subtract the same percentages for rwkw. That will give a guide. All motors are different but that should be close enough.

A before/after dyno printout would indeed be useful to see the gains in the mid range, torque difference is what interests me.

True, but surprisingly there are actually genuine dyno operators that don't try to tweak results.....

If it takes say 75 kw drivetrain loss at 304kw, why when you produce more flywheel kw does it have even more loss, when using the same drivetrain?

It doesn't mate. The specific torque loss in any gear, at any revs would be the same, before and after engine mods.
